Por Lee Tee
Founding and Managing Partner of Por, Ooi & Co
Mr. Por Lee Tee, the Managing Partner of Por, Ooi & Co PLT, is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA). He is also a Fellow member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants U.K. (ACCA), Fellow CPA Australia and Fellow Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia.
He had previously worked in commerce industry and an international accounting firm.
He is an approved Company Auditor, Tax Agent and Company Liquidator duly licensed by the Ministry of Finance.
He had held the positions of Chairman, MIA Kedah and Chairman ACCA Kedah. He is a Member of the Disciplinary Committee, Advocates & Solicitors Disciplinary Board and Malaysia Bar from 2002 to date.
Ooi Soo Kok
Founding Partner of Por, Ooi & Co
Mr. Ooi Soo Kok is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia.
He started his career in one of the Big Four Firms in 1973. Subsequently, he joined a listed company as a Financial Control Manager from 1980 to 1983. He then started Por, Ooi & Co PLT as one of the Founding Partners. He is also passionately engaged in church, community and social works.
Ng Kian Chong
Founding Partner of Por, Ooi & Co
A Chartered Accountant registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), he is a Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA), Chartered Institute of Taxation Malaysia (CTIM) and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK) associate.
With us since 1984, he is principally involved in practive management, practive development, audit and taxation of private corporations.
He has worked in a publicly listed company as an Accountant and as a group accountant for a Group of Companies. He was also an independent non-executive Director of a publicly listed company.

Ms Lim Shiau Chin is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from New Zealand.
She was appointed as Chief Operating Officer in 2013. Prior to her engagement with Por, Ooi & Co PLT , she worked in an audit firm in Singapore for 5 years. Upon returning to Malaysia, she worked at a local transport company as an account manager....
Her skillset acquired from assurance engagement enables her to lead and conduct financial due diligence for merger acquisition transactions.
Actively involved in tax advisory and compliance engagements, she is currently overseeing all the audit and tax engagements of the Alor Setar Head Office.
She was formally a licensed GST tax agent under Section 170 of the GST Act.
Ms. Ooi Bee Chai is an Associate Member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA) and has more than 25 years of experience in handling corporate secretarial matters in the professional and corporate sectors. She has been involved in advising on corporate secretarial requirements and compliance under the Companies Act 2016....

Mr Lim Meng Chao first joined Por, Ooi & Co PLT , Chartered Accountants in 2008.
He is now a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and Fellow Member of Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM).... He is an approved tax agent licensed under Section 153 of the Income Tax Act 1967 in Malaysia since 2019. He was also a licensed GST Tax agent under Section 170 of the GST Act.
In addition to tax compliance work, he actively engages with clients on tax planning and corporate restructuring matters. He also specialises in tax audit and investigation matters.
Ms. Kang Shing Yee joined P & O Corporate Services (AS) PLT since 2001. With more than 15 years of experience, she is profound in Human Resources & Administrative management and outsourcing....
She is actively engaged with clients on statutory contribution pertaining to Human Resources matters.
Ms. Goh Jit Yun is an alumna of an international accounting qualification, her primary areas of focus are business accounting process outsourcing such as accounting transactional and supervisory services, advisory on the application of accounting standards and engaging in accounting advisory on merger & acquisition transactions....
She is also actively involved in engagement with the tax authorities for tax audits and investigation cases for direct and indirect taxes.
Ms Ng Sin Yee is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia....
Achieving nearly a decade with the firm, she has been engaging and leading in the audit and taxation services for clients in specialised industries such as property development, construction, memorial parks, financial services, leasing businesses, agriculture & plantation and charitable institutions.

Go Chia Ling has been with Por, Ooi & Co PLT for over a decade. She has been engaging and leading in the audit of a vast industry of clients, specialising in property development, construction, financial services, leasing businesses, agriculture & plantation....
She is actively involved in tax advisory and compliance engagements and actively assisting in the company's liquidation processes.
Prior to becoming part of the firm, she acquired her experiences in a local multinational company, handling cross border transactions and taxation.
Ms Yang Siew Tiang first joined Por, Ooi & Co PLT, Chartered Accountants in 1993. She rapidly rose through the ranks and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
With her technical background of over 28 years of experience in ...corporate advisory services, she moved to and was instrumental in setting up P & O Corporate Services (SP) PLT. She now specialises as a Corporate Company Secretary and is duly licensed by Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia.
Ms Chia Kim Ee began her career at Por, Ooi & Co PLT in 1997 in a leading audit team to serve in various industries. She has also provided tax services to various local businesses such as manufacturing, property development, and service sectors in the past 24 years....
Moreover, she has participated in various types of assignments, for example, tax incentives, corporate tax advisory, tax audits and investigations.
Ms. Hasliza Binti Mat Hushin started her career at Por & Ooi Management (Kedah) Sdn. Bhd. in 1997.
She then worked in the construction field as an account assistant for 3 years.... Returning in 2006, she has been in P & O Corporate Services (SP) PLT for 15 years as a Secretarial Assistant and progressing to her present position.
Ms. Chew Chin Cia is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). She holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Hon.) from University Utara Malaysia (UUM)....
She joined Por, Ooi & Co PLT in 2014 and has over 8 years of experience. Her areas of practice are primarily in audit, GST and SST.
Ms Tan Pui Ling holds a Bachelor’s degree with double major in Accounting and Finance from Curtin University in Perth, Australia.
She joined the firm in March 2015 and has over 8 years of experience in taxation. Her areas of expertise include tax compliance, tax advisory, review, tax disputes (verification, objection and appeal) and Real Property Gains Tax. ...
She is a member of the Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) Australia since December 2015, Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) since July 2016 and Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM) since October 2022. She is also a licensed tax agent since July 2021.
Ms. Teh Mui Hong being in our employment ever since 08 March 1993, Teh Mui Hong possesses a Diploma in Accounting (LCCI) and has been a core member of our organisation.
She began her career as an Audit & Account clerk in our Taiping office. She was promoted as Semi Senior Audit & Account Assistant in January 1994 and as Account & Tax Senior in January 1996.... In April 1998 she was made an Account & Tax Supervisor and in 2000 Assistant Manager and 2010 as Accounts Manager until today.
She manages the planning and execution of operational procedures in relation to Account & SST function within the firm, assigning clients, scheduling accounting & SST exercises, managing staff and assigning workloads and developing accounting and SST functions of the ACCOUNTING DIVISION.
Ms. Lim Lee Keng hold a Diploma in Accounting (LCCI). She joined Por, Ooi & Co PLT in 1999 as an Audit Assistant. She was then promoted to Audit Supervisor in 2002....
She was transferred to Por Ooi Ng Tax Advisory (Perak) Sdn. Bhd. in the year 2005 as Assistant Tax Manager. Subsequently as Tax Manager in 2018.
Ms. Teh Lay Hoon joined Por, Ooi & Co PLT Taiping’s office in 1997 as an Audit Assistant and was promoted to Audit Supervisor in 2007. In 2011, she was promoted to Audit Assistant Manager. Lay Hoon has acquired more than 20 years of practical audit and tax experience....
She possesses a Diploma in Accounting (LCCI) and is a member of the Malaysian Association of Accounting Administrators (MAAA).
Puan Zahira is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). She holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Hon.) from University Utara Malaysia (UUM)....

Ms. Ong Bee Teng is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
She joined Por, Ooi & Co PLT Taiping office in 2014 after completing her bachelor’s degree at a local university. She had acquired working experience in both the accounting and auditing fields.
Ms. Oon Swee Kun is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

After that, she served as a secretarial assistant in P & O Corporate Services (TPG) PLT from 2019 and later promoted to be a company secretary.
Ms. Ng Ming Hoong is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
She started her career at Por, Ooi & Co PLT Tax Advisory (Perak) Sdn. Bhd. as tax assistant in 2014.... Currently, she working in Por Ooi Ng Tax Advisory (PK) PLT.
She worked as a secretarial assistant in P & O Corporate Services (TPG) PLT from 2019 until 2020. She had acquired working experience in taxation and secretarial.
Ms. Christine Gladys A/P Richard Singaram joined Por, Ooi & Co PLT Management (Perak) Sdn. Bhd. as a General Clerk in 1984. She was promoted to a Secretarial Assistant in 1985. She obtained her Secretary Licence (LS) from the Companies Commission of Malaysia in 1992....
She is principally involved in handling corporate secretarial matters and has more than 28 years of experience as a Licensed Secretary in the said field.
Ms. Azlia Binti Jalaludin is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA)....
She joined Por, Ooi & Co PLT Taiping office in 2011 as an audit assistant after completing her bachelor's degree. She acquired practical working experience in both accounting and auditing fields. She has been promoted to be a Partner.
